Over the years, I had the opportunity to design and manage education programs across a large healthcare network, supporting both clinical delivery teams and staff learning new electronic medical record systems. I learned how to translate complex processes into clear, practical training and how to design onboarding programs that truly prepare new hires for the realities of patient care. Working side by side with nurse educators, managers, and frontline clinicians taught me the importance of collaboration, communication, and training that fits into the fast-paced rhythm of healthcare.
